Position Description:
THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. The Software Developer IV is responsible for collaborating with management, departments, and customers to identify end user requirements and specifications. They design algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems and produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements. They test and deploy programs and applications, and troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software. They compile and assesses user feedback to improve software performance. They observe user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products. They develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects. The Software Developer IV supervises and mentors subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff. They engage and work with other Software Developer IVs.
