ATS is a premier supplier of highly specialized language-based and Intelligence Analyst to various departments and agencies of the U.S. Government.

ATS's intelligence professionals support the collection, processing, exploitation, analysis and production of intelligence materials in any of the languages required by the U.S. Government.

In support of a proposal effort for a U.S. Government customer, ATS needs experienced cyber analysts to provide a range of linguistic, analytical and operational support services.

Analysts will produce finished intelligence products on various cyber topics.

Job Title:

  • Cryptology Target Research and Technical Targeting Analyst (13 Required)

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for leading the active collection, analysis and exploitation of bulk data collected from HUMINT and SIGINT sources Focus will be on technical targeting with an understanding of the principals of encryption, information-mining, telecommunications analytic tools and networks Supporting full intelligence lifecycle and work closely with other analysts/SMEs to ensure mission success

Required:

  • TS/SCI w/Poly security clearance with polygraph targeting experience supporting operations with significant exposure to HUMINT issues from both operational and technological perspectives
  • Experience conducting technical analysis, supporting technical operations, and leveraging data Experience using Sponsor targeting tools Target analysis experience, including the ability to sort, catalog and analyze multiple forms of data for use Ability to provide actionable leads and detailed targeting packages to support operations

Desired:

  • Working knowledge of telecommunications, including cellular networks and computer networks In-depth research and analysis on commercial cryptographic trends as they pertain to secure message apps or GSM telephones Ability to conduct in-depth research and provide detailed analysis to provide HUMINT leads Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience writing official reports and briefing senior level management

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related technical field

Place of Performance:

  • Northern Virginia Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week

Travel Requirements:

  • Potential CONUS and OCONUS travel Anticipated Contract
