Acclaim Technical Services, LLC (ATS), an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company and well-respected language and intelligence services contractor supporting a wide range of U.S. Federal Agencies, is seeking a full-time Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator to join our Reston, VA Corporate Office team, reporting to the Director of Contracts. ATS offers a flexible and casual work place environment and the opportunity to be a part of dynamic and cohesive team. This position presents an opportunity to support multiple Federal Government Customers throughout the DOD, DOJ, and IC communities. Not only will this position perform day to day contract and subcontract administration duties, but will also be exposed to cost proposal writing and pricing development. This positon provides an opportunity for a junior/mid-level professional to broaden their skill sets into various support functions while sharpening their current skills in the fields of contract and subcontract administration.



  • Experience with providing cradle-to-grave prime contract and subcontract administration (Federal)
    • Contract Administration experience including but not limited to contract review/negotiation/finalization (both prime contracts from the Government and subcontracts from Primes), review/negotiation/finalization of TAs and NDAs from partner companies, processing/reviewing contract modifications, submission of Engineering Change Proposals, etc.
    • Subcontract Administration experience including but not limited to issuing/negotiating/finalizing subcontracts, developing and sending RFPs, evaluating subcontractor offers, issuing/negotiating/finalizing TAs and NDAs to ATS subcontractors, etc.
  • Must possess working knowledge of the FAR, DFAR and agency/departmental FAR supplements, acquisition procedures, and administration of contracts and subcontracts
  • Must possess working knowledge and experience with various contract types and working knowledge of negotiating procurements.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to professionally interact with both external customers (Government and prime contractors) and internal partners (Program Managers, Business Development, CEO, etc.)



  • Experience with the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community Customers
  • Experience with CPSR Requirements
  • Experience in Cost Proposal Writing and Development
  • Experience with Pricing Strategy Development
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skillset
  • Experience with GSA Schedules
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint
  • Experience working with DCMA and DCAA auditors



Bachelor’s Degree in related field
