Program Description: ATS is seeking an experienced analyst with Chinese/Mandarin language skills to provide analytical and operational support services in support of a U.S. Government customer.

Job Title: Language-Enabled Cyber Threat Analyst (Chinese/Mandarin)

Job Description: Provide language, cultural and analytic (including targeting) services.

Responsibilities:

• Collect intelligence for the purpose of analysis and targeting reports.
• Analyze disparate intelligence and extract meaning or relevance
• Apply expert knowledge of regional cyber intelligence threats, TIPs, etc.
• Must be prepared and qualified to provide translation services: the translation of written electronic and multimedia material to English from the source language materials to include: social media, business, legal, technical documents, etc.
• Generate products that include, but are not limited to: translations, targeting reports, and briefing material

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year all-source analysis experience with national intelligence agencies or DoD providing analytic support to aid in foreign threat assessments
• Experience translating and gisting general and technical material from Arabic to English
• Possess a thorough understanding of Intelligence Community (IC) guidelines and directives
• Quickly scan and accurately process/analyze a large amount of material
• Be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IC tools and software applications, Computer-Assisted Translation, and Terminology Management Databases

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Fully cleared with polygraph
• Score ILR Level 3 or higher in translating from the source language to English (speaking and listening not required)

Education: Bachelor of Science degree or two additional years related professional experience working on projects of similar scope.

Place of Performance: Northern Virginia

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week

Travel Requirements:  Minimal CONUS/OCONUS travel possible on a case-by-case basis
