We are looking for a Program Manager to manage our Threat Mitigation, Engineering and Imaging (TME&I) program for one of our government clients. The desired individual will have experience in project management, facility operations, logistics, training and security. The position will be located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, but the client is located in Pentagon City, VA. Some travel may be required, but is not expected to exceed 10%.
Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee effective operations of program team, assessing, measuring, and improving operational processes

Assign, track, and govern special projects, action items, and tasks

Provide strong functional management and team leadership for on-site management team and professionals

Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables

Manage Contract Requirements Traceability Matrix (CRTM) to ensure contract compliance

Ensure schedules are developed, sustained, and utilized to ensure on-time delivery

Promote technical and operational excellence using disciplined engineering practices

Understand budgets and work with Business Management to oversee financial performance

Working with representatives from many support organizations including: Contracts, Subcontracts, Business Management, Global Supply Chain, Mission Assurance, and others

Represent program at Department and Division leadership meetings
