Northrop Grumman Corporation is seeking an analyst to oversee and maintain the Collaboration cost pool and Global Collaboration Services overhead budgets. The analyst will report to the Manager of Rated Services. This position may be filled in any of the NG offices.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare budget cost projections used to support the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP), annual operating plan, and other similar requirements, as needed
- Prepare and present monthly financial briefings and reports
- Complete monthly rate and expense variance analyses
- Manage processing of supplier accruals
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and research, as necessary
- Maintain frequent interaction with Director of Global Collaboration Services
- Oversee preparation of book-to-claim submissions
- Oversee quarterly IT benchmark reporting
- Assist with approval of purchase orders and supplier invoices

Basic Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience with bachelor's degree (or 1 year with master's degree) in an accounting/finance related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Previous experience working in SAP and/or moderate experience working in MS Dynamics or PeopleSoft
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excel pivot tables and formulas
