WANTED: An innovative professional with a background in Adobe Creative Cloud, motion graphics, and video production support to become our next Multimedia Specialist supporting the Defense Acquisition University!

This is a short term assignment lasting approximately 6 months with the possibility of follow-on work. 

As a Multimedia Specialist you will:

  • Be on the forefront of developing innovative and impactful adult-learning solutions for one of the DoD’s prominent universities
  • Collaborate within an energetic, team-oriented environment that focuses on continuous process improvement and professional development

A week in the life includes:

  • Working collaboratively to develop customer products
  • Developing items such as line drawings, digital images, flow charts, slide presentations, animations, video stills/clips, and simulations images
  • Creating illustrations, interactions, and animations from existing line art, photo reference, or from a blank slate.
  • Developing and modifying graphics
  • Rigging, modeling, and animating 3D Characters
  • Visualizing and developing 2D charters (Photo realistic and cartoon) that will be used in motion graphic animations. 
  • Utilizing multi-discipline skillsets to integrate characters and other assets into an Adobe Creative Suite pipeline (After Effects, Premiere, Character Animator). 
  • Developing motion graphics, 2D (i.e. infographics) and 3D (character and office space models) assets into viable training products.

Job Requirementstop

Required Experience:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Experience developing 2D character models
  • Experience with Graphics Art related efforts for education and training projects
  • At least 5 years’ experience in all aspects of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects (Static and Motion Graphics), Premier, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
  • At least 1 year experience with Adobe Character Animator
  • Experience with motion graphics
  • Experience working with audio files
  • Development of On-line Distance Learning
  • Flexible and adaptive to change in order to achieve everyday success.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in Department of Defense training environments, preferred
  • Basic understanding of web-based development experience with HTML5 and CSS4
