Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group.  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Senior Analytics Developer in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships.  At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

The Innovative Security Solutions (ISS) Division provides cyber solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations.  Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. The Analytics Center Senior Analytics Developer is responsible for assisting in planning, design, implementation and operation of the ManTech Analytics Center solution. The Senior Developer will serve as the Principal Subject Matter Expert throughout the aforementioned activities and will be instrumental in graduating the solution into an operational solution, capable of application to any operational program.

A qualified candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

General Responsibilities:

  • Produce innovative solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from complex and high-dimensional data-sets.
  • Apply knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics to recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions, and make valuable discoveries leading to prototype development and product improvement.
  • Use a flexible, analytical approach to design, develop, and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms that lead to optimal value extraction from the data.
  • Generate and test hypotheses and analyze and interpret the results of product experiments.
  • Work with product engineers to translate prototypes into new products, services, and features and provide guidelines for large-scale implementation.  
  • Recognized as expert in field, knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices. Supervises junior level employees.

Clearance Requirements: U.S.Citizenship and an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility .

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analytics, deep learning/machine learning/AI
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Experience with various software/solution development methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with supporting solutions integration in complex enterprise IT environments.
  • Data Curation.
  • Requires Bachelor’s degree with 6 to 8 years of experience or 8 to 10 years of experience in Lieu of Degree.

Preferred Skills:

  • AWS Glue, Athena, S3, RedShift, Quick Sight.
  • Experience with Sagemaker.
  • Knowledge of FEDRAMP Offerings and Compliance.
  • Familiarazation with Amazon DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG).
