Support to the SEC PL and LOG-IT CL in any operational capacity requested this may include assisting with personnel, missions, briefings, etc. The Program Admin receives directions from the Contract Lead and Program Lead. The Program Admin is dedicated to one or more systems for operations support and management of travel.  They work with system PLs to ensure support to the mission is coordinated and approved.

General Responsibilities:

  • Work with LOG-IT Contract Lead to define support requirements.
  • Gather, review, and analyze customer support program evaluations to determine effectiveness of support.
  • Upon request from SEC PL- Create Event(s) for customer PM initiated events i.e. (Fieldings, NETS, FSE Training, etc).
  • Ensuring support to an event is funded correctly and align with proper funding source.
  • Review and analyze Global Support Center (GSC)  approved costs and travel charges to ensure all costs are authorized, accurate, and appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and up to date report of amendment of solicitation/modification of contract award.
  • Provide fiscal historical data for specific systems upon request. 
  • Maintain personnel data, rosters, and travel reports.
  • Submit billet modifications for incoming and outgoing personnel.
  • Closely work with regional operations managers to create and submit travel estimates for CONUS and OCONUS travel.
  • Process, review, and resource incoming Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) based on mission/concept of operation, support requirements/concept of support, and special instructions.
  • Ensure all program activities are carried out in accordance with project commitments or specific objectives.
  • Interface and coordinate with units and teams across the Army Field Support Brigade/Battalion (AFSB/AFSBn) and Logistics Readiness Centers (LRCs) to arrange support with Field Service Engineers.
  • Coordinate with other contract/subcontract program personnel to ensure mission requirements are met and assignments are smoothly transitioned from one functional area to another.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time

Knowledge and Skills Requirement:

  • Able to obtain and maintain an Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred w/ 3 years’ experience or High School Diploma with 7 years’ experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) in formatting spreadsheets and workbooks for print, document reproduction, presentations, and designing and creating reporting templates.
  • Must have Secret security clearance
