ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented CDM Dashboard Operations Lead to join our team the Reston, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. The CDM Integration Operations Analyst will support multiple federal agencies through the Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) Program. The CDM Program is a high-profile, high-visibility, cybersecurity modernization and risk management program where you can contribute innovative solutions and consult with many different federal agencies to enhance their Information Assurance (IA) programs and continuous monitoring capabilities.

The CDM Dashboard Operations Lead is responsible for supporting the operations of new capabilities that have been deployed and managing existing capabilities for federal agencies in support of the CDM project or customer requirements. The CDM Dashboard Operations Lead will work closely with architects, engineers, and integrators to understand customer requirements and support various capabilities. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted advisor, providing subject matter expertise, guidance, and best practice recommendations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support of cyber security systems integration efforts on large task orders supporting multiple government agencies

• Install, configure, and support COTS cyber security solutions within complex government agency operational and security environments

• Support data and software integration efforts across multiple sensor, database, and analytic platforms

• Coordinate with both ManTech and subcontractor resources spanning a range of disciplines from systems engineering and IT operations to testing and quality assurance

• Act as the primary point of contact for support and integration-related issues relating to the flow of data into, within, and out of the CDM solution for multiple agencies

• Identify areas for improvement and optimization within existing data interfaces and transport mechanisms as part of continuous improvement initiatives

• Supports quality reviews for acceptance of new solutions into operations

• Work with engineering team to generate root cause analyses, update tickets, and resolve problems and incidents

• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Support and observe software testing activities

• Follows documented methods and practices to deliver effective, efficient and professional operations support

• Support and prioritize advanced troubleshooting activities requested by Tier II staff, to include rapid installation and configuration of test systems to model customer

• Maintain the infrastructure required for data extraction, ingest, transformation and loading of data from a variety of cyber security sensing platforms using Red Hat JBOSS FUSE, SQL, Splunk, Informatica, Pentaho, MarkLogic or other data integration platforms

• Maintain the availability, integrity and confidentiality of data across physical and logical solution boundaries in a multi-agency environment

• Responsible for integration operations deliverables and work products associated with the task order

• Participate in regular reviews with Service Engineering and Service transition

• Coordinate with Agency's local engineering resources and OEMs for replacement or upgrade of software and hardware

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of experience in systems integration, operations support, or implementation activities in a hands-on capacity or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience with software development, integration with Object Oriented programming languages such as Java, Python and scripting experience with Power shell and/or bash

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge working with relational databases, understanding of Microsoft SQL, Oracle or similar

• Experience integrating, installing, upgrading, configuring, and developing data management and enterprise reporting platforms in a Governance, Risk management and Compliance (GRC) solution environment for critical infrastructure

• Strong understanding and history of applying AGILE methodologies to teams and work streams

• Experience optimizing, managing, and maintaining data pipelines, architectures and data sets

• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes

• Experience working within a virtualized server and application environment, such as VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, AWS, or similar

• Experience with risk management, issue resolution, problem solving and customer service

• Proficiency with MS Visio, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Excel

• Hands-on Windows 2012 or more recent Server administration experience

• Hands-on IIS administration experience

• Hands-on Active Directory and LDAP experience

• Exceptional customer focus and delivery mindset for action

• Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environments

Certifications: Technical systems and security certifications are preferred. RHCS in JBOSS FUSE, Splunk Certified Admin, Security +, GIAC Certified Windows Security Administrator, GIAC Continuous Monitoring Certification, ITIL Foundations, MCSA, Linux+, RHCSA

Preferred skills:

• RSA Archer Administration - Certification (or other GRC equivalent).

• Ability to obtain a TS Clearance desired

• Familiarity with network infrastructure, network security, endpoint security, cybersecurity, incident management, security operations, forensics, identity management, or insider threat solutions

• Experience with programs in DHS or other very large civilian agencies is a significant plus

Security Requirements:

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must pass background investigation and be clearable to DHS EOD and Top Secret Clearance
