Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Renewal Specialist to join our team in the Altadena, CA location.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Provide the technical expertise and timely processing regarding all transitions pertaining to the Support and Renewal Process. 

-Be the primary point of contact for all internal and external customers providing communication, direction and proactive attention to renewals and the process that supports it.

-Perform all the necessary functions to Support the Software and Renewal Process cycle.   

-Expected to work independently, needing little direct supervision to administer standards, controls, procedures, and documentation.  
-Manage all aspects of software products for net new purchases, and subscription/maintenance renewals.
-Track new software licenses and contracts.
-Prepare and support the subscription renewal notifications to the customers.
-Obtain renewal quotes from vendors.
-Respond to customer inquiries regarding software.
-Process support subscription cancellations, reinstatements and transfers.
-Track licenses for data uploads and billing support.
-Identify inefficiencies in the process and promote improvement of areas identified.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
-Support internal team.

Basic Qualifications:

-Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
-Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally in verbal and written formats with both internal and external customers.
-Ability to consistently follow up and seek a resolution through to completion
-Excellent organizational and customer service skills
-Ability / Knowledge of ServiceNow and Peoplesoft a plus
-Ability to operate under constant deadlines and productively handle and prioritize tasks
-Ability to be self-motivated and effectively manage multiple large renewals at the same time and understand a sense of urgency
-Ability to think thoroughly and independently

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field with 1-3 years of working experience in software sales or customer service environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
-Previous working experience in sales administration and customer service.
-Previous working experience in ServiceNow. 
-Experience or working knowledge of the following software:
-Oracle support contracts
-VMWare
-RedHat

-Adobe
-Microsoft products and Enterprise Agreements
-COTS applications
-Wolfram – Mathematica
-Harris – ENVI/IDL
-Server hardware support contracts
-ServiceNow
-Workday
-PeopleSoft

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
-While performing duties of this job, the individual is predominantly functioning in a sedentary light office position with high frequency of telephone communication, keyboarding and computer.
