Job Descriptiontop

Assist with the development and implementation of a comprehensive Counterintelligence (CI) Program for the Mission Systems Sector. Engages with both internal and external stakeholders to identify CI vulnerabilities and develop sound response plans.

Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Partners with stakeholders to prepare manuals and other guidance documents incorporating existing regulations and best practices. Conducts CI awareness briefings including basic CI principles and program-specific applications. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Noteworthy communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consider various perspectives and develop a sound action plan.

Ability to travel 25% and as required to meet mission requirements.

Displays impeccable personal and business integrity, outstanding problem solving skills, diplomacy, tact, and discretion.


MSSEC

This position can be filled at either a level 2 or level 3:

Basic Qualifications for level 2:

3 Years with Bachelors; or 1 Year with Masters; in counterintelligence (CI) ordirectly related.

Active Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.


Ability to travel 25% CONUS/OCONUS and valid passport.

Demonstrated decision making skills when presented with a complex / intricate fact pattern.

Basic qualifications for a level 3

6 years with Bachelor or 4 with MS degree in counterintelligence (CI) or directly related.

Active Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.


Ability to travel 25% CONUS/OCONUS and valid passport.

Demonstrated decision making skills when presented with a complex / intricate fact pattern.

Preferred Qualifications:

Operational experience addressing foreign intelligence activities, and applying CI principles.

Knowledge of CI protocols, and US laws and regulations pertaining to the conduct of CI investigations.

Demonstrated effective liaison with government and industry partners in formal and informal settings.

Public speaking experience before mixed audiences.

Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
