The Classified Services Organization is seeking a manager to lead the infrastructure team located at the Oklahoma City, OK site. The successful candidate will build teams and create and inclusive culture in a geographically diverse environment.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Direct supervision/management of a staff of 15+ systems administrators, network analysts and pc desktop support
  • Interact with internal key executive and customers on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations and provide guidance and oversight to the employees to complete key deliverables
  • The successful candidate must be entrepreneurial, a self-starter and have the ability to challenge the status quo. This individual will provide innovative solutions that create strategic value to our customers. The successful candidate must be customer-focused with proven leadership and excellent communication skills as well as a leader in change management.

Basic Qualifications:
The following are minimum qualifications for this position. All must be satisfied to be considered:
  • Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant IT/Telecommunications environments experience or 13 years of relevant IT/Telecommunications environments experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.
  • Candidates must have an active DOD Secret level security clearance (or higher) with an original adjudication, or a periodic re-investigation date, completed within the last 6 years to be considered.
  • Must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment.
  • Ability to work after hours and weekends as needed.
  • Travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
  • Project management certification.
  • Previous work experience in a technical environment like IT, Engineering, or program/project management.
  • Work experience of Classified Information Systems Security functions related to Classified computing environments.
  • Work experience with UNIX / LINUX systems.
  • General understanding of network topology and operations.
  • Successful management of geographically diverse technical groups servicing multiple customers.
  • Prior experience working on Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and server platforms.
  • Past experience working technical activities in a classified environment.
