Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems (NGAS) has an opening for a Project Integratorto join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. This position will be located in Oklahoma City, OK.

The selected candidate will have program integration and operations responsibilities for B-2 Software and System Engineering functions and projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be capable of being DOA for leadership as needed

  • Maintain program operation and definition documentation

  • Manage program operational review rhythm

  • Integrate requirements vertically and horizontally across the project to ensure successful execution

  • Brief Northrop Grumman management and Air Force customers on project status

  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and opportunities

  • Communicate staffing needs to ensure projects are adequately resourced

  • Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and provide variance reports to leadership

  • Work with multiple engineering teams and cross-functional departments

  • Be responsible for organizing program major milestone reviews

  • Managing performance metrics

  • Manage and track program baseline changes formally through change control processes

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience or Master's degree with 4 years of experience

DoD Secret clearance required and the ability to gain program access

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in technical or business related field

  • Control Account Manager (CAM) experience

  • Program Cost, Schedule, and/or Contracts related experience

  • Experience working on a Software or Hardware related projects

  • Risk Management experience
