Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our Space ISR Division supporting program at our Aurora, CO campus.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidate must be capable of performing the following tasks with minimal oversight. Duties include RFP review, proposal preparation, development of contract terms and conditions, negotiation, review and coordination of various types of agreements (i.e. Non-Disclosure Agreements, Software License Agreements, Technical Assistance Agreements, Teaming Agreements, etc.) and monitoring contract performance to ensure compliance. Positions include frequent customer interface, program/project review participation and contract closeout activities.

Basic Qualifications:

Principal Contract Administrator:

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of Government Contracts and/or Subcontract Administration experience; 4 years of contracts and/or subcontractadministration with a Master's degree. Candidates with 10 years of Government Contracts and/or Subcontract Administration experience will be given consideration in lieu of a Bachelors degree. SSBI clearance required.



Sr. Principal Contract Administrator

Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of Government Contracts and/or Subcontract Administration experience; 8 years of contracts and/or subcontractadministration with a Master's degree. Candidates with 14 years of Government Contracts and/or Subcontract Administration experience will be given consideration in lieu of a Bachelors degree. SSBI clearance required


Preferred Qualifications:


Demonstrated track record dealing with government and/or commercial contracting and have a solid understanding of the FAR, DFARS and general contract principals.
