Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for aProgram Cost Schedule& Control Analystto join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, FL.

Essential Functions:

Involves coordination with Program Cost Management, FunctionalEstimating, Master Planning, Contracts, Accounting and other Business Management organizations to establish andmaintain business processes, as well as, resolve business issues. Provides on-going support of IPT Leaders, ControlAccount Managers (CAMs) and Functional Managers to establish integrated baselines/schedules, monitor performance,identify variances, forecast outcomes and ensure auditable EVMS compliance. Responsibilities include, but are notlimited to: development and maintenance of Budget Baselines, Earned Value techniques and Estimates At Completion(EACs) for Control Account Plans (CAPs); analysis and assurance of accurate assessment of CAP progress; creationand maintenance of accurate and timely weekly/monthly EVMS visibility; analysis of variances and the collaborative development of Variance Analysis Reports (VARs); analysis and development of Estimates To Completion (ETCs).

Involves the generation and processing of Budget/EAC Revision Requests, Baseline Change Requests, Microframe Project Manager (MPM) reports and charts, SAP/WebFocus reports, Cost Transfers and Suspense Labor corrections,time charging authorizations, Interdivisional Work Orders (IWOs) and specific functional/departmental metrics. CAMsupport may include conducting regular performance review meetings, maintenance of CAM Notebooks, developmentof data displays to support regular EVMS Surveillance requirements or Integrated Baseline Reviews, development ofStaffing Plan updates and the coordination/generation of various Management briefings.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years combined experience with a Bachelor's Degree or Minimum 1 Years of experience with aMaster's degree in any of the following: Finance, Accounting, Program Cost Analyst, Program Scheduling, BusinessManagement or Military Officer
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with either: Fundamental understanding of earned value management systems(EVMS) criteria/ guidelines; or Project Management experience with cost and schedule priorities
  • Minimum of 1 year e xperience performing Variance Analysis.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with creating pivot tables, Value look ups, slicers, and creating formulas in Excel.
  • Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance with full investigation within the last six years

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with EVMS Planning and preparing presentations for leadership

* Experience partnering with program/cost management

* Proactive, integral team member who demonstrate the ability to lead

* Experience with conducting weekly/monthly reviews involving responsible departments and management personnel

* Experience with either Microframe Project Manager (MPM) or SAP/WebFocus

* Special Program Access / SAP / Clearance
