Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems (NGAS) has an opening for a Program Integratorto join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. This position will be located in Oklahoma City, OK.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain program operational processes

  • Use project management tools to effectively integrate the project

  • Integrate requirements vertically and horizontally across the project to ensure successful execution

  • Brief senior leadership and customers on project performance

  • Manage project risk register

  • Work with multiple engineering teams and cross-functional departments

  • Collaborate with Internal Work Orders (IWO) and Suppliers to perform project requirements

  • Lead proposal activities for new projects

  • Develop and maintain project definition documentation

  • Develop solutions to execution problems that align with project objectives

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of project execution experience or Master's degree with 4 years of project execution experience

  • Understanding of the Integrated Management Framework (IMF) process and procedures

  • DoD Secret clearance required and the ability to gain program access



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Program Access

  • Working knowledge of project risk management principals

  • Experience generating reports, preparing metrics and briefing senior management

  • Experience developing contract proposals

  • Working knowledge of cost and schedule performance integration for managing program health

  • Certified in project management (PMP or similar)
