Northrop Grumman Technology Services sector is seeking a Logistics Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located at Scott AFB, IL.

You will be a team leader for the Analysis team comprised of twelve operations research analysts/modelers providing Deployment and Distribution Cost Based Decision Support (D2 CBDS), En Route Infrastructure Master Plan (ERIMP), Mobility Capability Readiness Study (MCRS), Army Power Projection Platform (AP3), and other Business Case Analysis (BCA) support for the USTRANSCOM Joint Distribution Process Analysis Center and Directorate of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight, management, and communication of D2 CBDS, ERIMP, MCRS, and AP3 teams.

  • Must be familiar with operational cost data/process/tools, D2 transportation network and nodes, and modeling tools (especially Analysis of Mobility Platform (AMP)).

  • Develop, direct, and brief the Analysis Division portion of the JDPAC III Contract Quarterly Update to leadership as well as daily communication and coordination with TCAC-O Division Chief and Deputy.

  • Scheduling, task prioritization and quality control of the JDPAC III Analysis team.

  • Communicate advanced concepts and information in an understandable manner for audiences of varying levels of competency.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Management, Business or Quantitative field with 5 years of experience, or Master's and 3 years of experience, or PhD with 0 years.

  • At least 5 years of experience with military transportation support.

  • At least 2 years of project lead experience.

  • Must have experience in leading high performance teams and managing multiple priorities with scheduled responsibilities.

  • Requires excellent communication and organizational capabilities.

  • US Citizenship and the ability to receive a Secret clearance (interim clearance required to commence task work).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MA/MS from accredited college or university.

  • 5 years of task related experience with 2 in a lead role.

  • Experience with cost analysis related to a working capital funds and/or Department of Defense (DoD) transportation.

  • AMP training, experience, or leadership of AMP talent.
