Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking eithera Principal Program Cost, Schedule and Control Analystor a Sr. Principal Program Cost, Schedule and Control Analyst to assist with all Business activities associated with a restricted program. This positionreports to theProgram's Business Manager and partners with the applicable Program Management team to establish strategy, prioritize requirements, and achieve financial goals while ensuring the integrity of business processes. This position requires aSecret clearance andwill be located in Melbourne, FL.

Responsibilities include:
  • Prepares in-depth budgets and schedules for medium sized programs, and performs analyses to ensure that contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines.

  • Performs financial analyses and prepares variance explanations, estimates to complete (EACs), and monthly corporate and customer reports related to cost/schedule performance, staffing, and sales outlook.

  • Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.

  • Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.

  • Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.

  • Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.

  • Interfaces with customer; works under limited supervision.

  • Works with the Program Management Team to establish budget baselines, update ETCs, and prepare variance explanations.
  • Prepares ROMs and supports proposal activity.

This requisition may be filled at either a Principalor Sr. Principal level based on the qualifications listed below.

Basic Qualifications (Principal):
  • Bachelor's degreein Finance, Accounting or related discipline and 6 years of experience or a Master's degree and 4 years of experience or an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • U.S. Citizenship and an ActiveSecret Clearance (obtained or refreshed in the past 6 years) required to start

  • Position is contingent upon being able to obtain special program clearance within 12 months of hire

Basic Qualifications (Sr. Principal):

  • Bachelor's degreein Finance, Accounting or related discipline and 10 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and 8 years of experience or an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • U.S. Citizenship and an ActiveSecret Clearance (obtained or refreshed in the past 6 years) required to start

  • Position is contingent upon being able to obtain special program clearance within 12 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience withEVMS
  • Experience with SAP, MPM, Cobra, Winsight

  • Top Secret Clearance (within past 6 years)
