Put your years of experience into a future of excellence! Northrop Grumman is seeking qualified Configuration Analysts to become part of its team supporting a suite of software applications for a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) program in Northern Virginia.

Duties and responsibilities include:

* Collaborate with Team Lead and team members to create CRs for planned projects
* Present and brief CRs at all CM related meetings
* Work with the team(s) to create/compile a single implementation plan/playbook for the CR
* Coordinate with all groups internal and external that are affected by or involved with the change requested
* Ensure appropriate documentation is updated with PSPD ERB-approved new or changed requirements, as applicable.
* Create REMEDY ICP and gather the following for approval at Production Readiness Review and approval for submission to OITCCB
* Gather and input all concurrences required from any party doing work related to the change and/or affected by the change (QAX, ISSO, DBA, EWS, Tier 2, Business Sponsor, etc)
* Schedule and facilitate Production deployments

* Communicate effectively in written and verbal communication coupled with strong listening skills

All work will be performed on site at DHS offices in Northern Virginia. Some travel between local DHS sites may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

- 10 Years related experience with a Bachelors Degree; 8 Years with Masters in Science (4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a DHS security clearance.
- Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word

- Proficient in using Remedy

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
- Active DHS or DoD Top Secret Clearance
- Knowledgeable with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices and tools; Certification in Agile delivery (e.g., SAFe Agilist , CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is especially desirable
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence
- Experience with Test Driven Development
- Experience with national-security applications in a 24/7 environment
- Experience in working with government customers
