This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

This position will support all SP efforts for the GBSD Program within the Sector Support Business CoE organization.

The selected candidate will plan the work for the instructional design and development team for GBSD, and help create content in order to meet the requirements laid out in the given task order.
Candidate will work closely with the government representatives and subject matter experts (SMEs)

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Active planning and participating in the Training Systems Requirements Analysis effort designed to solicit the training requirements from the USAF. These training Requirements will encompass both training devices and all of the training curricula and courseware. Actively develop the training requirements documentation

Develop instructional materials and products for technology-based courses, including lecture, interactive courseware, immersive, performance support, self-paced guides, case studies, job aids, videos, evaluations, scenario-based concept for games (interactive assessment exercises), for the GBSD Courseware development and implementation across targeted audiences.

Demonstrate and utilize effective training needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.

Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify specific training needs and develop solutions with a focus on User Experience (UX).

Create and analyze assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and instructional improvement opportunities, including pre-tests, post-tests, and quizzes.

Creatively apply the ADDIE model.

Develop and utilize strong communication skills and diverse skillsets.

Additional duties may include:

Designing and developing multimedia applications, systems and products involving computer graphics and interactive computing such as computer-based systems for personal computers applications. Incorporating software applications in multiple technology media systems, such as graphics, animation, text, and sound.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications for Level 3:
A Bachelor's degree (see preferred majors under Preferred Qualifications). An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of education, learning, and/or human factors.
Ability to work in a team environment
Current Active Secret level security clearance.

Basic Qualifications for Level 4:
A Bachelor's degree (see preferred majors under Preferred Qualifications). An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in the field of education, learning, and/or human factors.
Ability to work in a team environment
Current Secret level security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
Acceptable majors: Prefer Education, Education-related field, Psychology, Instructional Systems Development, Communications (Journalism), Instructional Technology, Behavioral Science, English, History
Experience in Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA) activities including meeting coordination, meeting preparation materials, meeting conduct and development of the final TSAR report
Excellent management & organizational skills.
Instructor experience/background.
Experience and familiarity with Air Force Ratings, Air Force Enlisted Codes and Apprentice level training processes
