Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Project Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located at Annapolis Junction.

Description of Position:
• Assists in planning, organizing and coordination of personnel
• Assists in developing and preparing cost performance reports
• Provides technical expertise to coordinate project activities such as work package drafting, coordination, and work breakdown structure management
• Coordinates meetings, briefings, interviews and other activities necessary for the effective execution of program tasks
• Create documentation templates, format content, and present information in a concise understandable format
• Assists with status reporting and development of quad charts for leadership
• Assists in the review and tracking of technical resumes
• Incorporate review comments and corrections into existing documentation
• Perform detailed editing of deliverables
• Monitor quality and ensure adherence to established standards
• Collaboration with project personnel, subcontractor teammates and customers

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
• Six (6) years' experience working on Government programs coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, scheduling activities, and researching program issues.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse workforce and excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to regularly handle confidential documents and situations and strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
