The Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Business Manager 2. The selected candidate will report the Director of Business Management for the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Division and will be responsible the business management operations for the ICBM Sustainment Business Unit.

The Business Manager will lead a team of program control analyst, financial analyst, and planning and scheduling analysts, The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency of developing and motivating staff in a team environment with excellent interpersonal, planning, presentation and organizational skills. This position is located at Hill Air Force Base Utah.

Essential Functions:
• Manages and develops a team of business management analysts to drive innovation, efficiencies across all business management disciplines. Responsible for performance reviews, personnel development, and mentoring the team.
• Lead the monthly Financial Reporting and Forecasting process and generation of the BU AOP/LRSP
• Leads the business management aspects of proposals with significant interface with contracts and pricing personnel.
• Oversees the implementation and execution of a compliant EVMS system that satisfies customer, program, and compliance requirements
• Leads the performance and analysis of contract status and progress to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost and schedule control guidelines.
• Oversee the preparation of Financial EAC's on a quarterly basis and ensure .
• Leads Business Unit compliance and assurance activities to include interfacing with External and Internal assurance functions on the topics of business system, financial reporting, and SOX compliance.
• Leading and ensuring successful completion of required Integrated Baseline Reviews for new awards in the Business Unit.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and 5+ years combined experience in any of the following:, Business Management, Finance or Accounting
• Experience working within a compliant EVMS environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in financial planning and reporting
• Experience with using and teaching the use of SAP/BW, COBRA, MPM, Oracle Primavera, MS Project, and/or wInsight.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in a business or technical discipline with 10+ years of experience within the aerospace industry
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing overhead rates and budgets
• Prior management experience
• Ability to thrive in schedule-sensitive and change-intensive environments
• Demonstrated leadership, with excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
