This Principal Certified Technical Cyber Trainer / Instructor will support the newly awarded, five-year, United States Space Force (USSF) Cyber Defense Engineering and Training II (CDET II) contract at Schriever AFB, Colorado.

Duties:
  • Responsible for implementing and instructing cybersecurity training courses, including lab exercises that are part of USSF's training and certification process for Mission Defense Team (MDT) members. The instruction includes the delivery of standard and customized training based to approximately 20 military personnel on the technical capabilities and functionalities of newly developed cybersecurity hardware and software as well as industry developed cybersecurity technologies. Instruction will be provided over a three weeks on a monthly basis.
  • Provide and instruct realistic training scenarios and objectives.
  • Responsible for creating, testing, and reviewing new and existing courseware.
  • Update and deliver the CDET II Training Plan as requested by the Government customer.
  • Develop, update, and maintain cybersecurity course material including but not limited to: course syllabi, presentation slides, student handouts, student exams, student course assessments, cybersecurity lab scenarios, etc.
  • Provide buildout, system administration, and technical upkeep of the cybersecurity training range.
  • Assist with developing solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity and incorporating solutions into course curriculum and material.
