Northrop Grumman is looking for a an IRS Portfolio Program Manager. The qualified candidate will be responsible for oversight of a portfolio of multiple programs to meet all program objectives. They will also ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including program management, quality, contracts, cost, and finance. Responsible for overall technical and financial performance for the IRS Portfolio of Programs and Customer Relationship Management to ensure collaboration to drive Innovation & Modernization efforts across the IRS Portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Develops & implement Operations Dashboard for IRS Portfolio of Programs.
• Drives change management and ensures' adoption and acceptance of change (i.e. analytics, processes, innovative efficiencies).
• Manages and develops a teams of technical resources to drive innovation, efficiencies, and develop schedule analytics, and will be responsible for performance reviews, personal development, and mentoring the team of Program Managers.
• Ensures schedule products are corporate, sector, and industry compliant to latest documents.
• Knowledgeable of software architecture, databases, MS Project Server, SharePoint, Operational Dashboards, Cisco Call Center technologies, Agile Processes, Kanban, ITIL
• Customer relationship management - collaborates with customers on strategic objectives, program performance and organic growth
• Vendor management - collaborates with vendors supporting multiple programs within the IRS Portfolio to ensure performance and compliance.
• Proposal management - responsible to respond to proposals and task orders associated with the IRS programs and BPA's.
