Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a self-motivated, hard-working full-time Program Integrator for the Japan Global Hawk Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Program.  The primary objective of this position will be supporting the delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and actions. The candidate will help manage a cross-functional organization aligned to common program performance goals.

Program Integrators are responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of program and serving as the liaison between program management, Functional IPTs, and management.  They support all phases of program life cycle from inception (proposal development) through startup, execution, and completion (contract closeout). Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage Program Statement of Work
• Measure and report program performance
• Understand and adhere to master plans and schedules
• Identify, distribute, track, and complete program requirements
• Adhere to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards
• Track metrics with Mission Assurance team and work issues to manage performance
• Manage Japan/USG/customer supplied property or information
• Develop new business opportunities through long term strategic planning, and capture planning
• Conduct thorough risk & opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation and realization
• Coordinate change proposals with internal team to ensure schedules and commitments are met
• Ensure program team understands and adheres to contract scope, to include change management
• Support of direct cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance to include, but not limited to, process standardization and systems support
• Develop and adhere to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost & schedule control methodologies 

Basic Qualifications for Level 3:
Master’s Degree and four (4) years of experience OR; Bachelor's Degree and six (6) years of experience OR; High School diploma and ten (10) years of experience
3 years of experience in Project or Program Management
Must be a US Citizen with current DoD Secret Clearance

Basic Qualifications for Level 4:
Master’s Degree and eight (8) years of experience OR; Bachelor's Degree and ten (10) years of experience OR; High School diploma and fourteen (14) years of experience
3 years of experience in Project or Program Management
Must be a US Citizen with current DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Unmanned Systems
Logistics and/or Operations Background
Project Management Leadership Experience
Project Management Certification
Experience with Foreign Companies and Operations
Excellent Communication and Coordination with Leadership
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Contracts Familiarity
