Electrical Engineer will be responsible for Design, development and integration of the Special Test Equipment (STE) with the Prime Hardware for Space and Airborne Systems. A candidate will work as part of a STE team to analyze Hardware / Software test requirements / specifications to determine Hardware and Software requirements. Potential areas of focus are: Digital, Analog and Receiver Module and Unit Test Systems. The STE configuration items can include test equipment hardware, hardware test adapters/modules, and production test software, including the FPGA programing.
In addition to design, review, and release of STE requirements, and component level drawings, the Electrical Engineer will work, with other Electrical Engineers, to oversee the manufacturing of the STE and be responsible for its checkout and integration. Candidate will be required to analyze and test digital circuits associated with unit and system level applications. The STE Department welcomes Electrical Engineers with a strong work ethic, a willingness to get engaged with the hardware to get results, and a positive can-do attitude.
Required Skills:
Required Education: Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering or related technical field from an accredited school and program.
Desired Education: Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering
U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
