ENSCO, Inc., is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with current working knowledge in mobile/cellular platforms, reverse engineering, and system security/vulnerability. Candidate must understand the mobile system internals to include the kernel, sub-components, memory management, security architecture, and internal APIs. The candidate will work closely with other developers and government personnel to research and develop tools for community usage. Candidate must work collaboratively in an Agile team environment and respond to frequent customer requests. There are three additional sites, that you may require the candidate to visit (Quantico, Lorton, or Centerville).
Qualifications Required (Skills)
· BS or Equivalent with 8+ years of software engineering experience
· Extensive experience with C/C++ and Python
· Experience with mobile platform OS internals
· Experience in reverse engineering using disassemblers such as IDA Pro or Ghidra
· Working knowledge of security concepts to include:
o Exploitation techniques
o Mitigation bypasses
o Process hiding
o Communication hiding
o Bypassing detection of security products
· Use of SVN or Git
· Worked on an Agile development team (Scrum, Kanban)
· Work well collaboratively with others

Division Description
The National Security Solutions (NSS) Division provides security solutions for the United States government. NSS employees offer a multi-disciplinary approach to solve some of the most challenging technical problems in complex operational environments. Our areas of expertise are in sensor development and integration; chemical, biological and geophysical phenomenology; software applications and modeling; and operational applications of technology.
Key customers include the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community.
