Qualifications Desired
- Project revenue recognition experience.
- Knowledge and familiarity with the principles, concepts and practices of budgeting and financial regulations, policies and procedures within the Federal Government Contracting Environment.
Qualifications Required (Skills)
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
- CostPoint experience: 3 years.
- Government Contracting Billing (T&M, FP, and Cost-Plus invoicing): 3 years.
- Knowledge and experience in reviewing government contracts awards for billing requirements.
- Ability to work and collaborate with operational management.
- Practical Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- Well versed using Microsoft Office 2013 products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Takes initiative, is reliable, and completes tasking accurately and on schedule.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
- Requires excellent oral and written skills.
Division Description
The Finance Division manages all aspects of the company s long-term financial decisions and activities in order to maintain a healthy financial position. The division implements ENSCO s accounting practices, maintains its fiscal records, and prepares its financial reports, general ledgers, fixed asset administration, cost accounting, budgetary controls, capital expenditures, and company chart of accounts.
