We are looking for project management professionals with experience supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) on large federal contracts or in large complex project portfolios. Our ideal candidate will be a team player looking to make a career in the project management domain with excellent communication skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 8 plus years providing program and project management support - minimum of 5 year of experience using MS Project to model, baseline, track, status and forecast project scope.

CERTIFICATIONS AND TOOLS: Knowledge of MS Project and PMI practices as evidenced by relevant training, experience, and/or certifications.


The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Provide schedule management and overall administrative support for the program management office (PMO) for a 4 year / $100,000,000 program
  • Support the creation of the Program Integrate Master Schedule (IMS) under the direction of the PMO Director and CPMC Schedule Practice SMEs
  • Collect and aggregate weekly schedule status; analyze, and report on weekly, monthly and quarterly IMS outputs
  • Manage the IMS business rhythms and act as the primary POC for IMS data calls, reports and analytics
  • Analyze IMS reports to identify, resolve and communicate issues with schedule task owners
  • Partner with the Program Risk Manager to assist schedule owners with identifying and analyzing project schedule risk
  • Supports the creation of meeting minutes, document action items (AIs), and follow-up on the completion of project AIs / activities / deliverables
  • Support the creation of power point presentations and meeting materials
  • Personnel at this level will actively participate in working/solution sessions and receive tasking designed to promote learning and gain program related skills
