Description

Transforming All-Source Analysis with Location-Based Object Services (TALOS) provides Information Technology (IT)-based efforts required to support Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC) for technology and concept development. DoD’s intelligence mission is to provide accurate, relevant, and timely data and intelligence to tactical, operational, and strategic decision makers across the Combatant Commands, nuclear, conventional, and Special Operations Forces. Decision superiority is the competitive advantage, enabled by an ongoing situational awareness that allows commanders and their forces to make informed decisions and implement them as fast and effectively as the situation warrants. The purpose of this effort is to advance the state of the art in Big Data, data analysis, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics to enhance the DoD’s and the IC’s information processes and technical architectures.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports the DevSecOps team by performing configuration and maintenance of the development and test environments
  • Installs, configures, and maintains the DevSecOps pipeline tools
  • Coordinates with the CODE and DPaaS teams to identify and provision resources in response to developer needs
  • Establishes run-time instances of releases across all environments (Development, Systems Integration & Test, and Pre-Production/Staging)
  • Provides troubleshooting support to all scrum teams
  • Evaluates and upgrades DevSecOps infrastructure tools
  • Uses Kanban practices to continuously improve the flow of work and create efficiencies for the DevSecOps pipeline

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years performing system administration in support of DevOps processes / pipelines
  • Tools/Skills: Linux, Windows, DevOps tools (e.g. Jenkins, Artifactory, GitHub)
  • Certifications: CompTIA Security +
