Seeking a dynamic and hands-on Software Developer for a technical leadership and Data Architecture role on an exciting new transformational and modernization effort for a mission-facing Intelligence Community customer.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of overall IT or Development experience and demonstrated experience with:

• Leading, directing and re-prioritizing efforts for technical and support teams, including Software Developers, Systems Engineers, Systems Administrators, Test Engineers and Program Management staff
• Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to determine priorities, translate into technical requirements and effectively communicate technical status and risk
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to determine data requirements, design appropriate Data Architectures and implement these designs as appropriate, utilizing either a structured (Oracle, SQL) or semi-structured (Mongo, “NoSQL”) approach.
• Multiple cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerization approaches (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, Rancher) for deployment to multiple target environments
• Best practices for Software Development, including proactive de-coupling of dependencies, unit testing, Continuous Integration and Deployment, Test Automation approaches, and SecDevOps
• Development of REST APIs utilizing various languages (Java-based, SpringBoot, Node-based, etc.)
• Development with modern tech stacks (Node-based, ELK, etc.)
