Description of Duties:

  • Perform data collection, model development, database management, data normalization, risk analysis, sensitivity analysis, acquisition/contract evaluation, conduct Net Present Value (NPV), and cost/financial performance monitoring;
  • Participate in technical working groups with engineering, budget, schedule, and acquisition functional team members;
  • Manage client relationships and expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Public Trust clearance
  • 2-5 years of experience in cost estimation, government finance, cost/benefits analysis, and/or analytical focused positions
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, Business, or Finance
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other MS Office Suite products
  • Strong analytical background in gathering and interpreting complex amounts of data
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) programs
  • Analytical involvement with government acquisition process
  • Proficiency in use of cost estimating and risk tools such as Crystal Ball, @Risk, SEER-SEM, and/or ACEIT
  • Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, Business, or Finance
