The Functional Analyst will support the Sponsor’s Program Management Office (PMO), responsible for conducting research, collection, and collation of data and information from studies. Responsible for the compilation of data, and preparation of inputs into larger reports. Performs assessments and projections as part of analysis process. Plans studies of work problems and procedures, such as organizational changes, communication, information flow, integrated production methods, or cost analysis. Examines and analyzes current and contemplated operations for developing, defining, and coordinating user requirements which will satisfy sponsor partner needs across multiple domains. Translates user requirements into system specifications, configuration management plans, life cycle management documentation, and integrated logistics support plans and related operational summaries. Writes specifications manuals and user documentation for client or user personnel. Gathers information from users, defines work problems, and designs procedures to resolve problems. Well organized, reliable to driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
