Arcfield is seeking a Systems Engineer Technical Advisor (SETA) who is a self-starter and is ready to apply their technical knowledge, interpersonal skills and problem-solving acumen to contribute to program success in the acquisition and maintenance of National Security Space systems. For this position, organization, coordination, and collaboration are key in working within our customer offices and external with the greater National Security Space Enterprise. 

Five key areas are the focus of this position:

• Governance: acquisition and organizational governance, internal to our customer and external with IC and DoD components
• Requirements: Enterprise Protection Requirements assessment and related coordination with customer/warfighters
• Outreach: initiate new synergistic relationships within the National Security Enterprise (DoD, IC, etc)
• Wargames/Table Top Exercises: plan and execute methods to conduct Strategic/Operational/Tactical Analysis of Alternatives
• Strategy: understand and be able to shape Ends, Ways and Means needed to facilitate preservation and resiliency of our customer's Mission

REQUIRED:

• Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD in engineering, physics, programming, or related technical degree
• Must Possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI Clearance with Poly.
• Experience with the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense
• Requires interaction across the NSSE and within the customer agency
• Professional communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Dedication to the mission with a passion to learn

 DESIRED:

• Experience with space systems acquisitions.
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
