Responsibilities

The Program Management Analyst (PMA) provides direct support to the Sponsor's Front Office, and will work closely with the staff to support the customer's strategic and tactical projects. The PMA serves as a trusted advisor to the Front Office staff, responsible for managing the Sponsor's boards, assisting with special projects and initiatives, and prioritizing work and tracking actions. 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

- Direct support/assistance to the Chief/Deputy Chief- including attendance, schedule management and de-confliction

 

- Coordination of governance boards and meetings and collecting/providing background and preparation information, as needed, for Senior Leadership and tracking of action items, topics, etc.

 

- Management of taskings/actions assigned to and by the Front Office to ensure complete, coordinated, and timely responses

 

- Preparation and coordination of presentations/briefings on a wide range of topics for a variety of audiences

 

- Serves as a Coordination Officer among all tasks, including collection/coordination of highlights for submittal in accordance with established guidelines and timelines; external and internal communications across the workforce, including coordination with the Center-level Communications Team for information sharing and reporting, as necessary

 

- Support, as required, for special projects and activities

Qualifications

- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with FS Poly required

 

- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7, or relevant experience

 

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with minimal direction


- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences


- Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savviness, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce - including developing artifacts appropriately tailored to meet the needs of the audience


- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills


- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively across contractual and organizational boundaries


- Keen attention to detail; demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills


- Previous Front Office and/or Systems Integration experience


- Experience coordinating across organizational boundaries, especially Mission Centers


- Experience handling sensitive personnel and contractual information


- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
