  • Responsible for developing, baselining, managing, and reporting on the program’s master schedule.
  • Oversee and report on activities aligned within the master schedule.
  • Engagement with the PMO and project teams and managers to develop a robust programmatic schedule that incorporates all program activities as part of the Prestige program.
  • Schedules developed shall be baselined working with the PMO and technical schedule SME to do so.
  • Attend project reviews and meetings to ensure capture of all relevant activities positively or negatively impacting the baselined schedule.
  • Coordination with the PMO and technical schedule SMEs as needed to ensure all activities are captured and managed in accordance with the baseline plan.
  • Providing status as required or needed on all program activities.
  • Brief management on activities as they pertain to schedule risk and update schedule as required working with the PMO and technical schedule SME to do so.
  • Monthly and/or weekly status reporting.

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to role, or equivalent experience as a systems integrator on a large dynamic program.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the intelligence community.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using MS project for schedule development.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a active member of a cohesive and energetic team.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently as needed to meet requirements.
  • 12 to 15 years with BS/BA or 10 to 13 years with MS/MA or 10 years with PhD
  • TS/SCI w/ FS Poly Clearance

  • Previous support as a systems integrator on a Sponsor program.
