Responsibilities

The System Integrator will support the Sponsor's organization and will assist in developing standards, procedures and priorities for data-centric (as opposed to system­ centric) approaches to data management and compliance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Improve the data management policies and skills throughout the Sponsor's organization.
  • Inform strategic and technical activities to ensure that the Sponsor's data handling and access control functions effectively incorporate automation and common enterprise services, wherever possible.
  • Support metrics on the usage and governance of data including tagging, tracking and cataloging.
  • Incorporate and communicate compliance requirements and data management tradecraft.
  • Guide systems and repositories to incorporate requirements for Chief Data Officer certification standards, establishing shared baseline metrics and attributes to measure data usage and effectiveness.

Qualifications





  • Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options.
  • Experience with successful full life-cycle and agile software development methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience - 3 years) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline with a 8-10 years' experience- BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5
  • Active TS/SCI w/ poly
