The successful candidate will:

• Be able to elicit and refine requirements,
• Schedule work breakdown to deliverables,
• Document artifacts, and provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data
flows related to the CTIaaS program.
• Form good customer relationships
• Reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the
data needs of the users
• Have a good understanding of the customer data flow architecture.
• Work as a key contributor in an agile development environment.

Good working skills with Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira
• Good understanding of enterprise data flow processes
• Understands system to system connections for data flow processes
• Basic understanding of enterprise services such as NiFi, NAPR, XKS, etc.
• Highly organized and comfortable with customer engagement
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with customers and other scrum team members
• Self starter, comfortable working tasking with little direction

Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288:

•(U) Technical Process Area - Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal;

•(U) Project Process Area - Project Planning, Project Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, and Measurement;

•(U) Enterprise (Organizational Project-Enabling) Process Area - Project Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Management, Lifecycle Model Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management;

•(U) Agreement Process Area - Acquisition and Supply.
