Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Senior Business Process Re-Engineer to fuse the competencies students need to perform effectively in their operating environment with the production of training, training products, training systems, training infrastructure, training research, and training expertise. The Senior Re-Engineer will use their expertise to enhance our capacity to serve our client base by fusing production with resource acquisition strategies, staffing plans, strategic plans, operating plans, and client requirements.
This position is 100% remote and contingent upon contract award.

- Graduate degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience developing flow charts/process flow diagrams or data flow diagrams/business process modeling
- At least 2 years' experience with MS Power Apps and MS Power BI experience
