TWD & Associates Could Receive Boost from New AT&T Contract Award

TWD & Associates may seek professionals with security clearance through AT&T's new contract

The recent award of a Connections II contract from the U.S. General Services Administration to AT&T Government Solutions could impact TWD & Associates, which helps make up AT&T's Connections II team.

According to a release, the latest Connections II contract is a multiple award, indefinite delivery deal with the potential value of more than $5 billion over the next nine years and three months.

"The Connections II contract provides federal agencies the flexibility needed to purchase the right telecommunications products and services - at the right price," Thomas Harvey, senior vice president of AT&T Government Solutions, said in a statement. "AT&T's expertise with the Networx contract will serve as a strong foundation for our work through Connections II, ensuring agencies have secure access to the latest technology, personnel, and services."

Currently, TWD & Associates is seeking professionals with security clearance for positions such as technician supervisors, multimedia integrators and systems architects. Generally, the top secret security clearance required for these jobs calls for candidates to undergo a lifestyle polygraph test and take a number of other steps.
